Sarlai Limited Lifetime Warranty
Sarlai sinks and tubs are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Faucets feature a 5-year limited warranty, while all accessories come with a 1-year limited warranty. All warranty coverage commences on the original purchase date and applies exclusively to indoor residential use, except for products specifically designed and designated for outdoor installation.
Purchasers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery. Any missing parts or shipping damage must be reported to Sarlai within 30 days of delivery. Warranty claims for missing or damaged goods submitted after the 30-day notification window will be automatically denied.
If any defects in materials or workmanship are identified within the warranty term, Sarlai will repair or replace the defective product, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid, dated proof of purchase verifying the purchase date and retail location.
- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Product replacement coverage does not cover labor or installation fees.
- Sarlai covers standard shipping costs for all warranty repairs and replacements within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Canada, and all other international destinations are not covered by Sarlai.
- This warranty applies solely to indoor residential installations.
- Sarlai reserves the right to inspect the defective product and its installation prior to approving any repair or replacement service.
- If an identical replacement product is unavailable, Sarlai reserves the right to substitute the defective item with a product of comparable design and functionality.
NOTE: Accessories including but not limited to rinse grids, cutting boards, and strainers are excluded from this Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage.
This warranty covers manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects for Sarlai sinks and faucets installed in residential properties within the United States. It does not apply to the following scenarios:
- Damage caused by failure to maintain the product in accordance with the official Sarlai Care and Maintenance guidelines.
- Physical damage including cracks, dents, impact damage, or damage incurred during shipping and handling.
- Normal wear and tear, superficial scratches, and accidental damage. Fading, scratching, or staining resulting from regular use, improper cleaning methods, water quality issues, or environmental factors are routine wear characteristics and not manufacturing defects.
- Defects or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or abuse of the product.
- Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
- Defects or damage to accessories, strainers, and rinse grids.
- Discontinued, refurbished, clearance, or display units.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party vendors.
- All incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded. No express or implied warranties are provided beyond those stated herein, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
Some U.S. states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or restrictions on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to individual customers.
This warranty grants customers specific legal rights, and individuals may also hold additional statutory rights that vary by state.
To submit a warranty request for replacement parts, please file a support ticket via our official website https://www.sarlai.com/pages/contact and provide the following documentation and information:
- A valid, dated proof of purchase (official receipt from an authorized Sarlai reseller).
- The exact part number(s) and detailed description of the item(s) requiring replacement.
- When required, digital photographs of the defective product for verification, or physical submission of the product for official inspection.
Warranty replacement parts typically ship within 10 business days. In certain cases, replacement parts may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable.
Shipping costs for replacement parts are not covered after the first 30 days post-purchase, and customers will be responsible for applicable shipping fees.
To initiate full warranty service, customers must provide the following materials:
- A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Sarlai Customer Support.
- A valid, dated proof of purchase from an authorized Sarlai reseller.
- A detailed description of the product issue or defect.
All returned items must be securely and properly packaged to prevent transit damage. For shipment safety and tracking verification, please use an insured, trackable shipping carrier.
Upon completion of warranty service, repaired or replacement products/parts will be returned via standard ground shipping free of charge for customers located within the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Sarlai does not cover shipping charges for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Canada, or any international locations outside the United States.
Sarlai reserves the right to deny warranty service under the following circumstances:
- Inspection confirms the product issue is not covered under the terms of this warranty.
- Product damage occurs during return shipment due to insufficient or improper packaging.
All return shipping fees and associated costs incurred in the above scenarios are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For discontinued products that can no longer be repaired or replaced, Sarlai will issue a prorated credit applicable toward the purchase of a comparable Sarlai replacement product.
