Returns Policy

Buyers need to cover return shipping fees for personal reason returns. We will bear all return postage if the return is due to product quality problems, wrong shipments or other errors from our side.

All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and check your returned goods. The actual arrival of funds depends on your bank's processing progress.

To submit a return application, please log in to your account, check orders through Completed Orders in the personal center, and click the return button. We will send you an email notification once your refund is completed.
