Bought it for someone else but my showerhead went bad, stuck this one on. Didnt think i would like it but i think i prefer this one to the powerheads.,Needs to be flat to work right so be sure to use the included extension.

I replaced my older rain shower with a new one. The water pressure is much less which saves me money on the water bill, but I prefer the stronger pressure. Does the job.
