Great product but need to handle it carefully during the installation to avoid scratches. Tools can make some marks!

Easy to install. No leaks. Only issue is that even with the extension pipe coming out of the wall it was a little short. The instructions could have been a little clearer in the diagrams and steps. The instructions said to install gasket when they were already installed. The kit has extra gaskets and nozzles for the rain head

The design of this product is such that the flow is fixed to 2.5gpm. Unlike many other shower heads, you cannot modify this one to increase pressure. If you like a vigorous shower, this is not the product for you. The quality is good though.
